Blue Flax wildflower grows as a perennial in USDA Zones: 3 – 10 and prefers full sun but will tolerant partial shade. Linum Perenne will reach 12 – 24 inches in height and has blue blooms in the spring and summer. This wild flower is deer resistant and both cold and drought tolerant. Sow these heirloom seeds at 3 ounces per 1,000 square feet or 9 pounds per acre in well-drained soil and keep moist until germination occurs.
